1. Purpose This warranty program defines the conditions, exclusions and terms applicable to game sleds sold under The Last Ride brand, distributed in Quebec, Canada.
2. Products covered The Last Ride game sleds: 36 inches, 48 inches and 54 inches.
3. Warranty period Two (2) years from the original purchase date.
4. Coverage: Covers tears or perforations under normal use. Excludes major impacts (collision, overloading, unsuitable vehicle, misuse).
5. Exclusions Normal wear and tear, major impacts, misuse, long-distance rocky terrain, neglect, unauthorized modification, inadequate storage.
6. Claims: Original purchaser only with proof of purchase. Photos may be taken for pre-approval. Return shipping at customer's expense.
7. Return to Victoriaville or Drummondville (Quebec).
8. Mandatory Inspection Decision. Final decision at the discretion of The Last Ride.
9. Replacement: Equivalent new product if approved. No refunds or repairs.
10. Liability Limited to product replacement.
11. Non-transferable. Original purchaser only.
